Yoga

Yoga means union of mind, body, and spirit. We offer Chair, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga classes for all “bodies.” Private classes are also available . Check the schedule to see our latest offerings. 

Meditation

We offer guided meditation, meditation workshops, and basic tips to get you started on a path toward greater clarity, acceptance, and joy.  Contact us so we can help you take a deep breath, and relax. 

Our Joy Mat

Our patented Joy Mat is used with a regular yoga mat and strap to help the student with poses. It eliminates the need to carry separately a traditional exercise mat, a blanket, strap and a bag.   

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is focusing on awareness of the present moment, while calmly accepting one's feelings and bodily sensations. The benefits include increased relaxation and focus. Customized workshops are available. 

Social Emotional Learning

Emotional intelligence starts with adults. Being mentally and emotionally healthy, equips us  to face the challenges life brings and to teach those skills to our communities. Customized workshops are available. 

Classes/Workshops

Workshops are available for educators, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Relaxed employees are healthier and more creative.. Custom workshops or classes are available for children, adults, special needs, and seniors.
