Joy Yoga with Gail refers to that universal spirit as God. Yoga brings balance to the body using the breath of life combined with strength and flexibility poses to push to a new awareness in mind, body, and spirit. Yoga reduces stress and aids the body in complete detoxification while massaging ALL organs of the body.
The Joy of Meditation was created to help you find peace and joy and to guide you back to who you were divinely created to be. Meditation is the practice of coming back to the breath again and again. Meditation can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity, and promote joy. The practice of meditation is simple and the benefits can come swiftly. Here, we offer guided meditation, meditation workshops, and basic tips to get you started on a path toward greater clarity, acceptance, and joy. Take a deep breath, and relax.

Our passion is to create a unique mat that will help novice yoga and Pilates students, those who may want to practice through an injury, or even those who need more cushion in their practice and meditation. Our Joy Mat can also be used in a physical therapy environment. The smaller, thicker mat is the supplemental cushion mat and is used along with a traditional yoga mat and yoga strap to help the student get into and out of poses. It also allows the student to stay in the poses longer to get the full benefit of the pose.
All three pieces; the yoga mat, yoga strap, and supplemental cushion mat can be used to help the student achieve optimal results. The supplemental mat is placed on top of the yoga mat, under the student to provide more cushion for the hips, knees, and sacrum. The strap can be used to help the student achieve more flexibility safely. The Joy Mat can also be used as a meditation cushion for optimal comfort.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. The reason I practice yoga is because it made me feel better the first time I tried it. The reason I teach yoga, meditation, and mindfulness is because I want to share that feeling with my clients and help them deal with the trauma and stresses of life.
